# Is internet available on the cruise while in Halong Bay?

Wifi is available at the reception area, restaurant, and bar. However, Internet connectivity in Halong Bay can be challenging. The area is surrounded by large karst mountains, resulting in very weak or no signal. Instead of surfing the Internet, it's highly recommended that you turn off your phone and enjoy the stunning scenery of the Bay.
